From Exeter, head to the Exeter Bus Station located at 1 Lincoln Street. Take the 55 Bus towards Hampton Beach. The bus will take you through Route 1A, and you will enjoy scenic views along the way. The ride typically takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the Hampton Beach stop, which is close to the park entrance. From there, walk a short distance along NH-1A, and you will see the entrance to Hampton Beach State Park on your left.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Exeter. Start your journey by heading south on Epping Road, which will lead you to Route 1A. Follow Route 1A heading towards the east. The ride is approximately 8 miles and will take about 40-50 minutes. As you approach Hampton Beach, look for the signs directing you to Hampton Beach State Park. The entrance will be on your right.

For those adventurous enough to walk, begin at the center of Exeter. Head south on Epping Road until you reach Route 1A. This route is about 8 miles and will take approximately 2-3 hours on foot. Follow Route 1A towards Hampton Beach. Once you reach Hampton Beach, look for the park entrance on your right. Please ensure to wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated during your walk.
