If you are in downtown Exeter, start at the intersection of Water Street and Front Street. Head north on Front Street until you reach the intersection with Epping Road (NH-27). Turn left onto Epping Road and continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Portsmouth Avenue. Turn right onto Portsmouth Avenue and follow it until you arrive at the Exeter Town Center. From there, you can take a local bus or continue walking northeast toward Pleasant Street in Portsmouth, NH.

From the Exeter bus station located on Lincoln Street, take the 55 bus route towards Portsmouth. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the Pleasant Street stop in Portsmouth. The park is a 5-minute walk from the bus stop; head east on Pleasant Street and you will find Haven Park on your left.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from a local shop in Exeter. Start at the Exeter Town Hall and head northeast on Front Street, following the same route as if you were walking. Take Epping Road (NH-27) and then turn onto Portsmouth Avenue as you approach Portsmouth. The ride should take about 20-30 minutes, and there are bike racks available near Haven Park.
