    Walking

    From the center of Exeter, head east on Epping Rd towards Portsmouth Ave. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with NH-108. Turn left onto NH-108 North and follow it for approximately 4 miles. As you approach Rye, look for signs directing you to Rye Harbor State Park. Turn right onto Ocean Blvd (NH-1A) and continue for about 1 mile. The park entrance will be on your left at 1730 Ocean Blvd.

    Bicycle

    Starting from downtown Exeter, take the Exeter River Trail heading east. Follow the trail until you reach the intersection with Epping Rd. Turn right and continue on Epping Rd until you reach NH-108. Merge onto NH-108 North and ride for about 4 miles. As you approach Rye, turn right onto Ocean Blvd (NH-1A) and proceed for approximately 1 mile. Rye Harbor State Park will be on your left at 1730 Ocean Blvd.

    Public Transport

    From Exeter, take the COAST bus service (Route 2) towards Portsmouth. Get off at the Rye Town Hall stop. From there, walk east along Washington Rd until you reach Ocean Blvd. Turn left on Ocean Blvd and walk north for about 0.5 miles. Rye Harbor State Park will be on your left at 1730 Ocean Blvd.
