From the center of Exeter, head east on Water Street. Continue until you reach the intersection with Route 101. Turn left onto Route 101 and walk straight for about 3.5 miles. You will eventually reach the junction with Route 1. Take a right onto Route 1 and continue for approximately 1.5 miles. Look for signs directing you to Little Harbor Road. Turn left onto Little Harbor Road and walk for about half a mile. The Wentworth-Coolidge Mansion will be on your right at 375 Little Harbor Rd, Portsmouth, NH 03801.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can take a more direct route. Start from the Exeter Town Hall and head south on Front Street. Continue until you reach the intersection with Water Street. Turn left onto Water Street and ride for about 1 mile until you reach Route 101. Merge onto Route 101 going east and bike for approximately 3.5 miles. When you reach Route 1, take a right and bike for another 1.5 miles. Look for Little Harbor Road signage, turn left, and continue biking for about half a mile to reach the Wentworth-Coolidge Mansion at 375 Little Harbor Rd, Portsmouth, NH 03801.
