If you're driving from central Lakes Region, head southeast on NH-104 E toward I-93 S. Merge onto I-93 S and continue for about 13 miles. Take exit 9 for NH-104 E toward Meredith/Newfound Lake. Follow NH-104 E for 8 miles, then turn left onto NH-11 E. After 5 miles, take a right onto NH-103 A. Continue for about 6 miles until you reach John Hay National Wildlife Refuge at 456 NH-103A, Newbury, NH 03255.
