Car

If you're traveling by car within the Lakes Region, head towards Auburn, NH. From the center of the Lakes Region, take Route 3 or Route 11 to I-93 S. Merge onto I-93 S and continue for about 15 miles. Take exit 5 for NH-28 towards Derry/Auburn. Merge onto NH-28 and continue for about 4 miles. You will see signs for Massabesic Lake. Turn left onto Londonderry Turnpike, and the entrance to Massabesic Lake will be on your right at 23 Londonderry Turnpike. Parking is available, and there may be a small fee for parking during peak season.
Public Transportation

Using public transportation, you can take the Manchester Transit Authority (MTA) bus service from Manchester, NH. Board the #2 bus heading towards Auburn. Once you reach the Auburn stop, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles to reach Massabesic Lake. Follow Londonderry Turnpike northbound until you see the entrance at 23 Londonderry Turnpike. It's advisable to check the MTA schedule in advance for bus times, as service may vary.
Bike

For those who prefer cycling, you can bike from the Lakes Region to Massabesic Lake. Start by following the local biking trails towards the nearest access point to Route 28.
