Car
From any location in Merrimack Valley, head towards I-93 N. If you're near Manchester, take I-93 N from the city center. Continue on I-93 N for about 20 miles. Take exit 15 for NH-3A S toward Hooksett. Merge onto NH-3A S. After about 6 miles, turn left onto Deerfield Rd. Bear Brook State Park will be on your left at 157 Deerfield Rd, Allenstown, NH 03275. There's no entrance fee for the park.

If you're using public transportation, take a bus from Manchester to Concord. You can use the NH Transit services. Once you reach Concord, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to reach Bear Brook State Park, as public transport options to the park are limited.
