Walking
From the center of Exeter, head northeast on Water Street towards the intersection with Front Street. Continue straight onto Lincoln Street and walk until you reach the intersection with Epping Road (NH-27). Cross Epping Road and continue walking straight onto the Exeter Road (NH-111). Follow Exeter Road until you reach the junction with Route 1 in Epping. Turn right onto Route 1 and follow it, passing through several small towns, until you reach York, ME. Once in York, follow the signs towards York Harbor. Barrell Lane Extension is just off the main road, and you will find Wiggly Bridge at the end of the lane.

From Exeter, take the bus at Exeter Bus Station (located at 5 Railroad Ave) and board the Greyhound or C&J bus heading towards Portland, ME. Inform the driver you want to get off at York, ME. After about a 30-minute ride, disembark at the nearest bus stop in York. From there, you can walk to Wiggly Bridge by heading west on Route 1 towards York Harbor. When you see the signs for Barrell Lane Extension, turn left and follow the road until you reach the bridge.
