Walking
If you're starting from the Cape May City Center, head west on Washington Street toward the beach. Continue straight until you reach Beach Avenue. Turn left onto Beach Avenue and walk south along the coastline. You'll pass various shops and restaurants. After about a 20-minute walk, you'll reach the end of Beach Avenue. Continue onto Sunset Boulevard, which will lead you directly to Cape May Point. Follow Sunset Boulevard until you reach the intersection with Lighthouse Avenue. Turn left onto Lighthouse Avenue, and you'll find Cape May Point State Park on your right.

Biking
For a quicker route, consider renting a bike. Start at the center of Cape May and head towards Beach Avenue. Turn left onto Beach Avenue and bike south along the coast. After about 1.5 miles, you'll reach the end of Beach Avenue, where it intersects with Sunset Boulevard. Continue on Sunset Boulevard, which will take you directly to Cape May Point. Once you reach Lighthouse Avenue, turn left, and the park will be on your right.
