From Jersey City, head to the PATH train station at Exchange Place. Purchase a ticket to 33rd Street. Board the train and travel towards World Trade Center, then transfer at the World Trade Center station to the E train towards Jamaica Center. Get off at the Jackson Heights-Roosevelt Avenue station. Once you exit the station, transfer to the 7 train heading towards Flushing. Get off at the Flushing-Main Street station. From there, it's a short walk to Arthur Ashe Stadium, located at 124-02 Roosevelt Ave.

From Jersey City, find a NJ Transit bus stop for the 119 bus. Board the bus heading towards the Port Authority Bus Terminal. After arriving at the terminal, transfer to the Q58 bus towards Flushing. Get off at the stop for Roosevelt Avenue and Main Street. From there, it’s a short walk to Arthur Ashe Stadium at 124-02 Roosevelt Ave.
