Walking
From the Hoboken Terminal, head southeast towards the waterfront promenade. Walk along the waterfront for about 1 mile until you reach the PATH station at 14th Street. Take the PATH train to 6th Avenue, then transfer to the L train at 1st Avenue towards Canarsie-Rockaway Parkway. Get off at the Bedford Avenue stop. From there, walk about 0.5 miles south on Bedford Avenue until you reach Kent Avenue. Turn left on Kent Avenue, and Marsha P. Johnson State Park will be on your right.

Public Transit
From any location in Hoboken, make your way to the nearest NJ Transit bus stop. Take the bus towards New York City and get off at the Port Authority Bus Terminal. From there, walk to the 42nd Street subway station and take the L train towards Canarsie-Rockaway Parkway. Get off at the Bedford Avenue stop. Walk south on Bedford Avenue until you reach Kent Avenue, then turn left. Marsha P. Johnson State Park will be on your right.

If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing stations in Hoboken. Head towards the Hoboken waterfront and follow the bike path along the Hudson River. Continue north until you reach the Williamsburg Bridge, then cross the bridge. After crossing, follow the bike lanes to Kent Avenue. Marsha P. Johnson State Park will be on your left before you reach the East River.
