From Washington Street in Hoboken, head towards the PATH train station located at 1st and Hudson. Once at the PATH station, purchase a ticket for the train to World Trade Center station in Manhattan. After approximately 10 minutes, you'll arrive at World Trade Center station. Exit the station and walk north on Church Street until you reach Chambers Street. Turn left onto Chambers Street; Tweed Courthouse will be on your right at 52 Chambers St.

From the Hoboken Terminal, take the NY Waterway ferry towards Wall Street. The ferry ride takes around 8 minutes. Once you arrive at the Wall Street terminal, walk north along the waterfront to reach the subway station at Wall Street. Take the 2 or 4 subway line towards the World Trade Center. Exit at the Chambers Street station and walk west on Chambers Street for about 5 minutes. Tweed Courthouse will be on your left at 52 Chambers St.

From Washington Street in Hoboken, catch the NJ Transit bus #126 towards New York Port Authority. The bus will take approximately 15-20 minutes to reach the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. Once you arrive, exit the terminal and walk to 42nd Street. Take the subway from Port Authority: board the 1 train downtown and transfer at Chambers Street. Walk east on Chambers Street for about 5 minutes, and you will find Tweed Courthouse on your right at 52 Chambers St.
