To reach the Neil Simon Theatre from Great Swamp National Wildlife Refuge by car, take the Great Swamp Road out of the refuge and merge onto US-202 S. Continue on US-202 S for about 7 miles until you reach the I-287 S ramp. Merge onto I-287 S and follow signs for I-78 E. After approximately 14 miles, take exit 14A for I-95 S towards George Washington Bridge. Continue on I-95 S for about 12 miles, and then take exit 1E for I-495 E toward Queens Midtown Tunnel. Follow I-495 E for about 3 miles, which will lead you into Manhattan. Once in Manhattan, turn left onto W 52nd St. The Neil Simon Theatre will be on your left at 250 W 52nd St.

To get to the Neil Simon Theatre from Great Swamp National Wildlife Refuge using public transportation, first, head to the nearest bus stop on Great Swamp Road and take NJ Transit Bus #70 towards Morristown. Get off at the Morristown train station. From there, take the NJ Transit train on the Morris & Essex Line towards New York Penn Station. Once you arrive at New York Penn Station, exit the station and walk to 8th Ave. Catch the MTA subway 'C' train towards 168 St. After 5 stops, get off at 50th St Station. Walk east on W 50th St towards 8th Ave, and then turn right onto W 52nd St. The Neil Simon Theatre will be on your right at 250 W 52nd St.
