    From High Point State Park, get onto NJ-23 S from Park Road. Follow NJ-23 S for approximately 14 miles until you reach the intersection with I-80 E. Merge onto I-80 E and continue for about 10 miles until you reach the exit for I-95 S. Take the exit for I-95 S and continue for approximately 8 miles. Take exit 14C toward Jersey City, and merge onto the highway leading to The Waterfront. Continue straight and follow signs for the Colgate Clock. There is no parking directly at the clock, but ample parking can be found in nearby lots along the waterfront, which may have fees ranging from $5 to $15 depending on duration.
