Take exit 14C toward Jersey City, and merge onto the highway leading to The Waterfront. Continue straight and follow signs for the Colgate Clock. There is no parking directly at the clock, but ample parking can be found in nearby lots along the waterfront, which may have fees ranging from $5 to $15 depending on duration.
