Ferry

From Hoboken, head to the Hoboken Terminal. You can walk from anywhere in downtown Hoboken; just follow the waterfront promenade towards the terminal. Once at Hoboken Terminal, purchase a ticket for the NY Waterway Ferry to Manhattan. Board the ferry headed towards 39th Street or Pier 11. Enjoy the scenic ride across the Hudson River. Once you arrive in Manhattan, disembark at 39th Street or Pier 11, depending on your ferry choice.

Subway

From Hoboken, walk to the PATH train station located at 1st Street and Washington Street. Purchase a PATH ticket to 33rd Street. Take the PATH train and enjoy the ride to Manhattan. Once you arrive at 33rd Street, exit the station and walk to the subway station at 34th Street - Herald Square. Take the B or C subway line uptown to 59th Street - Columbus Circle. From there, transfer to the 1 subway line towards South Ferry and get off at 66th Street - Lincoln Center. Walk east on 66th Street until you reach Central Park, and then walk north until you find Ancient Playground on Museum Mile.

Bus

Walk to the nearest bus stop on Washington Street in Hoboken. Take the NJ Transit bus #126 towards New York Port Authority. The bus will take you directly to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. From the terminal, you can walk to Times Square and catch the subway. Head to the 42nd Street subway station and take the 1 subway line uptown to 66th Street - Lincoln Center. From there, walk east on 66th Street until you reach Central Park, and then continue walking north to find Ancient Playground.
