PATH Train
To reach Brooklyn from Hoboken, start at the Hoboken PATH station located at 1 Hudson Place. Take the PATH train towards 'World Trade Center'. After about 10 minutes, disembark at 'World Trade Center' station. From there, transfer to the 'R' subway line at the nearby Cortlandt Street station. Take the 'R' train towards 'Bay Ridge - 95th Street'. Depending on your destination in Brooklyn, you may need to transfer to other subway lines. For example, if you're going to Brooklyn Heights, you can get off at 'Court Street' station. Follow signs to exit the station and head towards Montague Street for beautiful views of Manhattan and the waterfront.
Ferry
For a scenic route, walk to the Hoboken Terminal located at 1 Hudson Place. From there, take the NY Waterway ferry to Brooklyn. Ferries depart frequently, and you can check the schedule on their website. The ferry ride takes approximately 15-20 minutes and offers stunning views of the Manhattan skyline. Disembark at the 'Brooklyn Army Terminal' or 'DUMBO' (depending on which ferry you choose). From DUMBO, you can easily walk to various attractions such as the Brooklyn Bridge Park.
Bus
You can also take a NJ Transit bus from Hoboken. Head to the NJ Transit bus stop located on Washington Street. Look for the bus that goes to New York City and take it to the Port Authority Bus Terminal. From there, you can transfer to the subway (A, C, or E lines) towards Brooklyn. If you take the A train towards Far Rockaway, get off at 'Jay Street - MetroTech' for an easy access to various Brooklyn neighborhoods.
