From anywhere in Hoboken, make your way to the Hoboken Terminal. Once at the terminal, look for the PATH train entrance. Purchase a PATH ticket to the '33rd Street' station in Manhattan. Board the train and enjoy the ride, which takes about 15 minutes. Once you arrive at the '33rd Street' station, exit the train and follow the signs to the 6th Avenue exit.
