Ferry
From Hoboken, head to the Hoboken Terminal located at 1 Hudson Place. Once there, purchase a ticket for the NY Waterway ferry to Manhattan. Board the ferry, and enjoy a scenic ride across the Hudson River. Disembark at the Battery Park City terminal in Manhattan. From there, walk northeast to Battery Park and then head towards the southern tip of Manhattan. Castle Williams is located on Governors Island, which can be accessed by taking the Governors Island Ferry from Battery Park. The ferry runs seasonally, so check the schedule in advance.
Train and Subway
From Hoboken Terminal, take the PATH train to World Trade Center station. Once you arrive, exit the station and walk towards the World Trade Center Oculus. From there, head west towards the Battery Park area. You can then walk to the Battery Park ferry terminal and catch the Governors Island Ferry. Make sure to check the ferry schedule, as it runs seasonally.
Walking and Subway
If you prefer walking, from central Hoboken, head towards the PATH train station at 1st St and Washington St. Take the PATH to World Trade Center station. Once there, exit and walk towards Battery Park. From Battery Park, take the ferry to Governors Island to reach Castle Williams. Note that this option is more time-consuming but allows you to enjoy the sights of Manhattan.
