PATH Train
From Hoboken Terminal, take the PATH train towards World Trade Center. The train ride will take approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the 'World Trade Center' station. After exiting the train, follow the signs to the exit, which will lead you to the Oculus. From there, walk east towards Church Street.

After exiting the PATH train at World Trade Center, head south on Church Street for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Chambers Street. Turn left onto Chambers Street and continue walking until you reach Broadway. City Hall Park will be on your left at the intersection of Broadway and Chambers Street.

From Hoboken, you can take NJ Transit Bus 126 or 87. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop on Washington Street. The journey will take about 20 minutes. Get off at the stop near Chambers Street. Walk east on Chambers Street until you reach Broadway, where City Hall Park is located.

Take the NY Waterway ferry from Hoboken to the World Financial Center. Once you arrive, walk north on West Street, then turn left onto Chambers Street. Continue walking east until you reach Broadway, where City Hall Park will be on your left.
