Walking
From the Hoboken Terminal, exit and head towards the waterfront promenade. Walk along the promenade heading south for about 15 minutes until you reach the PATH station at 14th Street. Take the PATH train towards World Trade Center and get off at the 9th Street station. Exit the station and walk east on 9th Street until you reach 2nd Avenue. Turn left on 2nd Avenue and continue until you reach the East River. Then, turn right and walk along the water until you reach the Manhattan Bridge. Cross the bridge, and once you reach Brooklyn, head towards Water Street, where you'll find Gleason's Gym at 130 Water St.

Public Transport
Start at the Hoboken Terminal and take the PATH train towards World Trade Center. Get off at the 9th Street station in Manhattan. From there, transfer to the F train at the West 4th Street station, heading towards Jamaica - 179th Street. Get off at the York Street station in Brooklyn. Walk north on Jay Street until you reach Water Street. Turn left and walk along Water Street for about 5 minutes until you reach Gleason's Gym at 130 Water St.

From the Hoboken Terminal, take the NY Waterway ferry towards Wall Street/Pier 11. The ferry ride will take about 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive at Pier 11, walk towards the subway station and take the A or C train from the Wall Street station towards Brooklyn. Get off at the High Street station. From there, walk east on Cadman Plaza Park until you reach Water Street. Turn right on Water Street and walk until you reach Gleason's Gym at 130 Water St.
