Ferry
From Hoboken, head to the Hoboken Terminal located at 1 Hudson Place. Once there, purchase a ticket for the NY Waterway Ferry headed towards 39th Street in Manhattan. The ferry ride will give you great views of the skyline. Once you reach 39th Street, walk to the nearest subway station (39th Street Station) and take the D train towards Coney Island-Stillwell Ave. Get off at the 36th Street Station, and from there, it's a short 5-minute walk to Industry City located at 220 36th St, Brooklyn, NY 11232.

Bus
From Hoboken, walk to the nearest NJ Transit bus stop. You can catch the NJ Transit Bus 126, which goes towards Brooklyn. The bus will take you through the Holland Tunnel and into Brooklyn. Get off at the stop closest to 36th Street in Sunset Park. From there, it is a 10-minute walk to Industry City at 220 36th St, Brooklyn, NY 11232.

Walking
If you prefer to walk, you can head south on Washington Street from the center of Hoboken. Walk towards 14th Street and then turn left onto 14th Street until you reach the Hudson River waterfront. From there, continue along the waterfront path until you reach the Hoboken Terminal. From the terminal, take the ferry to Manhattan. After arriving, take the subway as mentioned above. Note that this is a longer option and will take more time.
