    From Hoboken Terminal, walk towards the waterfront and head to the NY Waterway ferry terminal. Purchase a ticket for the ferry to Midtown Manhattan. Once you arrive at the 39th Street Terminal in Manhattan, walk east towards 9th Avenue, then head north on 9th Avenue until you reach West 45th Street.
