From Hoboken, head to the Hoboken Terminal located at 1 Hudson Place. Once at the terminal, look for the NY Waterway Ferry service to Manhattan. From there, walk towards the Brooklyn Bridge, and then head towards Schermerhorn Street. The New York Transit Museum will be on your left at 99 Schermerhorn St.
PATH Train
Make your way to the PATH station, which is located at 1 Hudson Place in Hoboken. Take the PATH train towards World Trade Center. Get off at the World Trade Center station and transfer to the subway by following the signs to the A or C subway lines. Take the A or C train to Jay St-MetroTech station. Exit the station and walk towards Schermerhorn Street. The New York Transit Museum is located at 99 Schermerhorn St, just a short walk away.

Find the NJ Transit bus stop at Hoboken Terminal. You can take the NJ Transit bus number 87 or 119 towards New York City.
