From Hoboken, head to the Hoboken Terminal located at 1 Hudson Place. Once at the terminal, look for the NY Waterway Ferry service to Manhattan. Purchase a ticket to the Brooklyn Bridge Park/DUMBO ferry stop. After a brief ride, disembark at the Brooklyn Bridge Park/DUMBO stop. From there, walk towards the Brooklyn Bridge, and then head towards Schermerhorn Street. The New York Transit Museum will be on your left at 99 Schermerhorn St.

Make your way to the PATH station, which is located at 1 Hudson Place in Hoboken. Take the PATH train towards World Trade Center. Get off at the World Trade Center station and transfer to the subway by following the signs to the A or C subway lines. Take the A or C train to Jay St-MetroTech station. Exit the station and walk towards Schermerhorn Street. The New York Transit Museum is located at 99 Schermerhorn St, just a short walk away.
