Walking
From anywhere in Hoboken, head towards the Hoboken Terminal located at 1 Hudson Place. You'll find signs directing you to the terminal. Once at Hoboken Terminal, purchase a PATH train ticket to World Trade Center Station in Manhattan. Once you arrive at the World Trade Center Station, exit the station and walk towards Church Street. Continue walking north on Church Street until you reach the intersection with Chambers Street. Turn left on Chambers Street and then right on West Broadway. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with Park Row. Pershing Square will be on your left, located at the corner of East 42nd Street and Park Avenue.
Ferry
Make your way to the Hoboken/NJ Transit Ferry Terminal located at 14th Street and the Hudson River. Buy a ticket for the ferry to New York City, specifically heading towards the World Financial Center or Pier 11. Once you arrive at your chosen ferry stop in NYC, exit the ferry and walk towards the subway station or follow the signs directing you towards the PATH train. If you arrive at Pier 11, walk north on Front Street to Wall Street and then head towards Broadway. If you arrive at the World Financial Center, you can walk to West Street and then up to Chambers Street. Finally, head east to reach Pershing Square, located at East 42nd Street and Park Avenue.
Bus
From Hoboken, find the nearest NJ Transit bus stop. Take the NJ Transit bus that goes to New York City, such as the 126 or 87 routes. Once you arrive at a bus terminal in New York City, typically the Port Authority Bus Terminal, exit the bus and head towards 8th Avenue. From there, you can either walk or take the subway. If you choose to walk, head east on 42nd Street until you reach Park Avenue. Pershing Square will be on your right at the intersection of Park Avenue and East 42nd Street. If you prefer the subway, enter the Port Authority and take the A, C, or E train to 42nd Street/Port Authority, then transfer to the 7 train towards Flushing and get off at Grand Central Station. Walk east from Grand Central to reach Pershing Square.
