From there, take the PATH train to the World Trade Center station in Manhattan. Once you arrive at the World Trade Center, exit the station and walk towards Church Street. Turn left onto Church Street and walk until you reach the intersection with Chambers Street. Turn right onto Chambers Street and walk straight until you reach the intersection with West Broadway. From there, take the subway's 1 train at the Chambers Street station towards Van Cortlandt Park-242 St. Get off at the Canal Street station. After exiting the subway, walk east on Canal Street until you reach Chrystie Street. Turn left onto Chrystie Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Forsyth Street. The park will be on your right.

    From Hoboken, walk to the Hoboken Terminal and board the PATH train towards 33rd Street. Ride the train for about 10 minutes and get off at the 9th Street station. Transfer to the F train at the 9th Street station and take it towards Jamaica-179th Street. Ride for 5 stops and get off at the 2nd Avenue station. From the station, walk east on 1st Street until you reach Chrystie Street. Turn right onto Chrystie Street and walk south until you reach the intersection with Forsyth Street. Sara D. Roosevelt Park will be on your left.
