Ferry
Start by walking to the Hoboken Terminal located at 1 Hudson Place, Hoboken, NJ 07030. From anywhere in Hoboken, you can find your way to the Terminal by following signs for the PATH train or by asking locals. Once at the Terminal, head to the ferry terminal area. Purchase a ticket for the NY Waterway ferry to Manhattan. Board the ferry heading towards the World Financial Center or 39th Street. Enjoy the scenic views of the New York skyline. Disembark at the World Financial Center ferry terminal. From there, walk towards the West Street and take a left onto Vesey Street. Continue walking until you reach Church Street, then turn right. After that, take a left onto Vandam Street, and you will arrive at SoHo Playhouse located at 15 Vandam St, New York, NY 10013.
PATH Train
Make your way to the Hoboken PATH station at 1301 Hudson St, Hoboken, NJ 07030. You can ask locals for directions if needed. Purchase a PATH ticket and board a train heading towards 33rd Street in Manhattan. The train ride will take around 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at the 33rd Street station, exit and walk towards 6th Avenue. Turn left on 6th Avenue and walk south until you reach West Houston Street. Turn right on West Houston Street and continue walking until you reach Avenue of the Americas (6th Ave), then turn left. Walk until you reach Vandam Street, then turn right and walk to 15 Vandam St, where SoHo Playhouse is located.
Bus
Find the NJ Transit bus stop at 1 Hudson Place, Hoboken, NJ 07030, which is near Hoboken Terminal. Look for a bus heading towards New York City; you can ask staff at the terminal for the correct bus line. Board the bus and pay your fare. The bus will take you into Manhattan. You can get off at the nearest stop to SoHo, which is usually around West Broadway or Houston Street. Once you disembark, walk east on Houston Street until you reach Avenue of the Americas (6th Ave). Turn right and continue to Vandam Street, then turn left to reach SoHo Playhouse at 15 Vandam St, New York, NY 10013.
