    Getting There

    Walking

    Start at the Hoboken Terminal. Exit the terminal and head towards the waterfront on Hudson River Waterfront Walkway. Walk north along the walkway, enjoying the views of the Manhattan skyline. Continue walking for about 1 mile until you reach the George Washington Bridge area. From there, take the New Jersey Transit train from Hoboken Terminal to 33rd Street Station in Manhattan. Once you arrive at 33rd Street Station, transfer to the A train at the 34th Street-Penn Station. Take the A train towards Inwood-207th Street and get off at the 190th Street Station. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk. Exit the station and walk north on Fort Washington Ave, then turn left onto Margaret Corbin Drive. The Met Cloisters will be on your right.

    Public Transport

    Begin your journey at the Hoboken Terminal. Purchase a ticket for the PATH train to 33rd Street in Manhattan. After arriving at 33rd Street, walk to the A train at 34th Street-Penn Station. Board the A train heading towards Inwood-207th Street. Get off at the 190th Street Station. Once you exit the station, walk north on Fort Washington Avenue, and then take a left onto Margaret Corbin Drive. Continue walking until you reach the Met Cloisters, which will be on your right.

    Bicycle

    If you prefer to bike, start at the Hoboken Terminal and head toward the Hudson River Waterfront Walkway. Follow the path north along the waterfront for approximately 1 mile. Once you reach the George Washington Bridge area, you can bike across the bridge into Manhattan. Once in Manhattan, you can ride down Fort Washington Ave and make a left onto Margaret Corbin Drive. The Met Cloisters will be ahead on your right.
