Getting There

Walk
From the Hoboken Terminal, exit the station and head south on Hudson St. Walk for about 10 minutes until you reach 5th St. Turn left onto 5th St and continue walking until you reach Washington St. Turn right onto Washington St and continue for another 5 minutes, where you will see a PATH train station on your left. Take the PATH train to the 9th St station in Manhattan. Once you exit the station, walk east on 9th St until you reach Avenue A. Turn left onto Avenue A and walk for about 10 minutes. At E 10th St, turn right and Tompkins Square Park will be on your left.

Public Transport
From Hoboken, head to the Hoboken Terminal and take the PATH train towards World Trade Center. Get off at the 14th St station. From there, transfer to the L train towards Canarsie-Rockaway Pkwy and get off at 1st Ave. Exit the station and walk east on 1st Ave until you reach E 10th St. Turn left and you will find Tompkins Square Park at the end of the block.

If you have access to a bike, you can ride from Hoboken to Tompkins Square Park. Start at the Hoboken waterfront and head towards the bike path that leads to the Manhattan Bridge. Cross the bridge and follow the bike lanes through Manhattan. Continue heading east along the bike lanes, making sure to stay on designated paths. Once you reach Avenue A, turn left and head north until you reach E 10th St. Turn right and the park will be on your left.
