Start from the Hoboken Terminal. Exit the terminal and head towards the waterfront. Walk along the Hudson River waterfront walkway heading south. Continue walking until you reach the PATH station at 14th Street. Take the PATH train towards World Trade Center and get off at the 9th Street station in Manhattan. Exit the station and walk towards 6th Avenue. Turn left on 6th Avenue and walk north until you reach Broadway. Turn right on Broadway and walk until you reach 599 Broadway.
