From downtown Yonkers, walk to the Yonkers Transit Center located at 1 Alexander Street. Take the Bee-Line Bus #1 heading towards the Bronx. This bus will take you to the 242nd Street subway station. Once there, transfer to the subway and take the 1 train towards South Ferry. After about 20 stops, get off at the Canal Street station. Exit the station and walk east for about 5 minutes along Canal Street until you reach Mulberry Street. Turn left on Mulberry Street and walk about 3 blocks until you reach 280 Mulberry St, New York, NY 10012.

From the Yonkers Train Station located at 1 Depot Place, take the Metro-North Railroad Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. After a short ride, get off at the Grand Central Terminal stop. From Grand Central, follow the signs to the subway and take the 7 train towards Flushing. Get off at Times Square-42nd Street and transfer to the 1 train towards South Ferry. After about 5 stops, get off at Canal Street station.
