Ferry
From Hoboken, head to the Hoboken Terminal located at 1 Hudson Place. Take the PATH train to 33rd Street, then transfer to the PATH train towards World Trade Center and get off at the World Trade Center station. From there, walk to the Battery Park City Ferry Terminal, and take the ferry to Manhattan. Once you arrive in Manhattan, walk to East Dr in Central Park, which is about a 20-minute walk north through the park.

From Hoboken, walk to the nearest bus stop for NJ Transit bus 126 at Washington St at 1st St. Board the bus and ride it to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York City. Once at the terminal, exit and walk to 42nd St and take the subway line to 5th Avenue - Bryant Park. From there, walk through Bryant Park to 42nd St, then head north to East Dr in Central Park where the Balto Statue is located.
