If you're in Hoboken, start at Washington Street, the main shopping area. Walk towards the waterfront at the end of Washington Street. You'll arrive at Pier A Park. Once you reach the park, head south along the waterfront promenade, enjoying the view of Manhattan across the river. Continue walking along the waterfront until you see the Colgate Clock in Jersey City, which is just across the river. The clock is located at the end of the promenade, near the waterfront in Jersey City. It's approximately a 15-20 minute walk from the main shopping area in Hoboken.

From Hoboken, you can take the PATH train from Hoboken Terminal to Exchange Place in Jersey City. Board the PATH train heading towards World Trade Center and get off at Exchange Place.
