Ferry
From Hoboken, walk to the Hoboken Terminal, which is located at 1 Hudson Place. Once you arrive, purchase a ticket for the New York Waterway ferry to Manhattan. Board the ferry heading towards Wall Street/Pier 11. The ferry ride will take approximately 8-10 minutes. After disembarking at the Wall Street/Pier 11 terminal, walk towards the exit and head north on South Street. Turn left onto Broad Street, and then make a right onto Broadway. Continue walking until you reach 25 Broadway, where the Cunard Building is located on the 9th floor.
PATH Train
Make your way to the Hoboken PATH station located at 1 Hudson Place. Purchase a ticket for the PATH train to World Trade Center station. Board the train and ride for about 15 minutes. Once you arrive at the World Trade Center, follow the signs to the exit. From there, walk east towards Church Street and continue north until you reach Liberty Street. Turn left onto Liberty Street and then right onto Broadway. Walk until you reach 25 Broadway, where you will find the Cunard Building on the 9th floor.
Bus
Head to the nearest bus stop in Hoboken. Look for NJ Transit bus #126 or #87, which usually goes to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York City. Board the bus and stay on for about 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at Port Authority, exit the terminal and walk towards 42nd Street. From there, head east to Broadway and continue south until you reach 25 Broadway. The Cunard Building is located on the 9th floor.
