Walking
From Hoboken Terminal, exit onto Hudson Street and head south. Walk along Hudson Street until you reach 1st Street. Turn left onto 1st Street and continue until you reach Washington Street. Turn right on Washington Street and walk north until you reach 14th Street. Then, turn left on 14th Street and walk towards the waterfront. Continue walking until you reach the PATH station (Hoboken to 33rd Street). Board the train heading towards 33rd Street. Upon arrival at 33rd Street, exit the station and walk east towards E 12th St, which is in Manhattan. You will find E 12th St a short walk from the PATH station.

Head to the Hoboken Terminal and look for the NY Waterway ferry service. Purchase a ticket for the ferry headed towards Manhattan. Board the ferry and enjoy the scenic ride across the Hudson River. Once you arrive at the ferry terminal in Manhattan, disembark and walk towards 12th Street. E 12th St is a short walk from the ferry terminal. Follow the directions to reach E 12th St.
