Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from Hoboken Terminal, exit the station and head towards the waterfront. Walk straight down Hudson Street, which is directly in front of you as you exit. Continue walking for about 10-15 minutes until you reach 1301 Hudson St, where the Hoboken Historical Museum is located on your left. Look for the museum's sign; it’s a short and pleasant walk along the vibrant street.

• Walking

  From Washington Street, one of Hoboken's main streets, head west towards Hudson Street. Once you reach Hudson Street, turn left and walk south. Continue walking down Hudson Street for approximately 5-7 minutes. The museum will be on your right at 1301 Hudson St. It's an easy and enjoyable stroll, with plenty of shops and cafes along the way.

• Public Transit (Bus)

  If you are near the 9th Street Light Rail Station, take the light rail towards Hoboken Terminal. Get off at the Hoboken Terminal stop. Once at the terminal, exit and walk towards Hudson Street. Follow the walking directions from Hoboken Terminal to the museum as described earlier.

• Walking

  If you are at Pier A Park, exit the park and head toward the Hudson River waterfront. Walk along the waterfront path until you reach the intersection with Hudson Street. Turn right on Hudson Street and walk north for about 10 minutes. The Hoboken Historical Museum will be on your left at 1301 Hudson St, easily recognizable by its signage.
