Walking
Start from the Hoboken Terminal. Exit the terminal and head towards the waterfront walkway. Walk along the waterfront, enjoying the views of the Manhattan skyline. Continue walking south along the Hudson River waterfront. After about 20 minutes, you will reach the end of the walkway. At this point, turn right onto Sinatra Drive and continue walking until you reach the intersection with 2nd Street. Cross over to the other side of the road and continue walking until you reach Exchange Place in Jersey City. The Katyń Memorial is located at 2 Exchange Pl, Jersey City, NJ 07302, right near the waterfront.

From any location in Hoboken, make your way to the PATH station at Hoboken Terminal. Purchase a ticket for the PATH train to World Trade Center. Board the train and ride for one stop. Get off at the World Trade Center station. Exit the station and walk towards the Hudson River waterfront. From there, walk north along the waterfront until you reach Exchange Place.
