From Hoboken Terminal, take the PATH train towards 33rd Street. The train ride will take about 20 minutes. Get off at the 33rd Street station. Once you exit the station, you will be in Midtown Manhattan. Walk east on 33rd Street towards Park Avenue. Turn right on Park Avenue and walk south for about 4 blocks until you reach 375 Park Ave, the Seagram Building.

Head to the Hoboken Terminal ferry terminal and take the NY Waterway ferry to Midtown/W 39th Street. The ferry ride will take approximately 10 minutes. Once you disembark at W 39th Street, walk south on 8th Avenue for about 5 blocks. Then turn left onto 37th Street and walk east for 2 blocks until you reach Park Avenue. Turn right on Park Avenue and walk south for 3 blocks until you reach 375 Park Ave.
