From Jersey City, you can take the PATH train from the Journal Square station towards 33rd Street. Ride for about 15 minutes until you reach the World Trade Center station. From here, transfer to the R or W subway line at the Cortlandt Street station, heading towards Bay Ridge-95th Street. Get off at the 7th Avenue station in Brooklyn. Once you exit the station, walk east for about 10 minutes to reach the Brooklyn Botanic Garden located at 990 Washington Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11238.

Catch the NJ Transit bus number 119 from Jersey City. The bus will take you to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. Once there, transfer to the subway and take the Q line from Times Square-42nd Street station towards Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue.
