Once at Exchange Place, board a PATH train heading to World Trade Center. After approximately 10 minutes, you will arrive at the World Trade Center station. From there, follow the signs to the Oculus and exit onto Church Street. Walk towards the Hudson River and you will see the ferry terminal nearby.
