Turn left and walk along the waterfront until you reach the Jersey City 9-11 Memorial, which is located on the Hudson River Waterfront Walkway.

If you are near the Grove Street PATH station, take the PATH train towards World Trade Center. Get off at the exchange place station. From there, walk towards the waterfront, turning right onto the Hudson River Waterfront Walkway. Continue walking along the waterfront for about 10-15 minutes until you arrive at the Jersey City 9-11 Memorial.
