PATH Train
From Jersey City, head to the PATH train station nearest to you. If you're in downtown Jersey City, the Exchange Place PATH station is a good option. Board a train heading towards 'World Trade Center'. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the 'World Trade Center' station. Once you exit the station, walk towards the Oculus and take the exit for Church St. Walk north on Church St towards the Hudson River, then turn left onto Liberty St. Continue walking until you reach the Battery Park City area. From there, you can catch a ferry or walk along the waterfront towards the Intrepid Museum located at Pier 86, W 46th St.

If you're near the waterfront in Jersey City, you can board a ferry to Manhattan. Look for the NY Waterway ferry service, which operates from several points in Jersey City including the Paulus Hook and Harborside terminals.
