From Jersey City, head to the PATH train station. You can find PATH stations at several locations, including Exchange Place and Journal Square. Take the PATH train towards World Trade Center. After about 10 minutes, you will arrive at the World Trade Center station. Exit the train and follow the signs to the Oculus, which is a large shopping and transportation hub. From there, you can take the subway or walk to your destination.

If you prefer to take the subway, you can take the PATH train to 33rd Street instead of World Trade Center. Once you arrive at 33rd Street, transfer to the subway (N, Q, R, or W lines) at the nearby 34th Street-Herald Square station. Take the N, Q, R, or W train downtown to 14th Street. Exit at the 14th Street station, and from there, it's a short walk to 178 7th Ave S, New York, NY 10014.

You can also take a NJ Transit bus from Jersey City to New York City. Look for buses heading towards Port Authority Bus Terminal. Once you arrive at Port Authority, exit the terminal and walk to 8th Avenue. From there, you can either walk south or take the subway (A, C, or E lines) to 14th Street. After reaching 14th Street, it’s a short walk to your destination.
