Getting There

  • PATH Train

    From Jersey City, head to the Exchange Place PATH station. Purchase a ticket for a ride to the World Trade Center station. Upon arrival, exit the station and head towards the Oculus and then find the entrance for the subway lines. Take the E train towards World Trade Center and get off at 14th Street. Here, transfer to the L train towards 8th Avenue and get off at 8th Avenue Station. Finally, transfer to the A or C train towards Inwood and get off at 59th Street - Columbus Circle. From here, walk north through Columbus Circle and enter Central Park. Wagner Cove is located on the west side of the park near W 72nd St.

  • Bus

    From Jersey City, locate the NJ Transit bus routes at the Journal Square bus terminal. Take the 126 bus towards New York, which will take you directly to George Washington Bridge. Upon arriving, transfer to the MTA bus M20 or M7, which will drop you off near 72nd St. After getting off, walk west towards the park entrance and then enter Central Park. Wagner Cove is located on the west side of the park at W 72nd St.

  • Ferry

    Start at the Liberty State Park Ferry Terminal in Jersey City. Board the ferry to Manhattan, which will take you to the Battery Park City area. Once you arrive, walk towards the entrance of the World Trade Center and follow the signs to the subway. Take the E train from the World Trade Center to 14th Street, then switch to the L train towards 8th Avenue. Get off at the 8th Avenue Station and switch to the A or C train towards Inwood, getting off at 59th Street - Columbus Circle. Walk into Central Park from there and head towards Wagner Cove located at W 72nd St.
