Car
From any location in Jersey Shore, you can reach Allaire State Park by car. If you are near Route 35, head west on Route 35 until you reach the intersection with Atlantic Avenue. Turn onto Atlantic Avenue (NJ-138) and continue for about 3 miles. The park entrance will be on your right at 4265 Atlantic Ave, Wall Township, NJ 07727. There is a parking fee of $5 per vehicle on weekends, so be prepared for that cost.
Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, take the NJ Transit train from various points in Jersey Shore to the Belmar Station. From Belmar Station, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to reach the park, as it is approximately 4 miles away. Be sure to check the train schedule in advance as services may vary. Taxi fares may range from $10 to $15 depending on traffic.
Bicycle
For the more adventurous, biking to Allaire State Park is also a great option. If you are staying near the coast, you can follow the scenic bike paths along the beachfront and then transition to local roads that lead to Atlantic Avenue. Be prepared for a ride of approximately 5 to 8 miles depending on your starting point. Ensure your bike is in good condition and wear a helmet for safety.
