Walking
If you are in the center of Lambertville, head east on Bridge Street towards the Delaware River. Cross the bridge into New Hope, PA. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street and follow it until you reach the New Hope & Ivyland Railroad station. From there, you will want to take the NJ Transit train towards Trenton. Get off at the next stop, which is at the Mount Holly station. Once you arrive, exit the station and head east on High Street for about 0.5 miles. The Burlington County Prison Museum will be on your left at 128 High St, Mt Holly, NJ 08060.
Bicycle
Rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Lambertville. Start your journey by heading east on Bridge Street towards the Delaware River. Cross the bridge into New Hope, PA, and continue on the riverfront path. This path will connect you to the bicycle trails leading towards Mount Holly. Follow the signs for the bike route towards Mount Holly. Once you reach Mount Holly, navigate to High Street and ride until you reach 128 High St, where the Burlington County Prison Museum is located.
Public Transport
From Lambertville, walk to the nearest NJ Transit bus stop located at the corner of Bridge Street and Main Street. Take the NJ Transit bus route 63 towards Trenton. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Disembark the bus at the High Street stop in Mount Holly. From there, walk east on High Street for about 0.3 miles, and you will arrive at the Burlington County Prison Museum located at 128 High St, Mt Holly, NJ 08060.
