    Starting from the Lambertville City Hall located at 18 N Main St, head south on N Main St towards Bridge St. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with the New Hope-Lambertville Bridge. Cross the bridge which will take you into New Hope, Pennsylvania. Once in New Hope, turn left onto S Main St and continue walking until you reach the ferry dock. Here, you can take a ferry across the Delaware River to Philadelphia. After disembarking the ferry, walk east towards the intersection of S Christopher Columbus Blvd and your destination will be on your right at 211 S Christopher Columbus Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19106.

    From Lambertville, walk to the nearest bus stop at the intersection of N Main St and Bridge St. Catch the NJ Transit bus #G from this stop towards Trenton. Ride the bus until you reach the Trenton Train Station. From the Trenton Train Station, switch to the Amtrak or NJ Transit service towards Philadelphia. Disembark at the 30th Street Station in Philadelphia. From there, you can take a local bus or a short walk towards S Christopher Columbus Blvd, where the Independence Seaport Museum is located at 211 S Christopher Columbus Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
