From Lambertville's center, head south on North Main Street. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Bridge Street. Turn left onto Bridge Street and cross the Delaware River via the bridge. Once you reach the other side, you will be in New Hope, PA. Continue on Bridge Street until you reach the intersection with South Main Street. Turn left onto South Main Street, and after a short walk, you will see signs pointing toward the New Hope-Lambertville Bridge. Cross the bridge and walk straight onto East Bridge Street. After crossing, continue straight until you reach the intersection with South 2nd Street. Turn left onto South 2nd Street, which will lead you directly into Philadelphia. After a short walk, turn right onto Spruce Street. The Irish Memorial will be on your left at 109 Spruce St.

Start at Lambertville's central bus station. Take the NJ Transit bus toward Trenton. Once you arrive at Trenton, transfer to the SEPTA train (West Trenton Line) heading to Philadelphia. After arriving at the Philadelphia station, exit and head to the subway station. Take the subway towards 69th Street Terminal and get off at the City Hall Station. From there, walk south towards Spruce Street. Continue walking until you reach 109 Spruce St, where the Irish Memorial is located.
