Walking
From the center of Lambertville, head east on Bridge Street towards the Delaware River. Cross the bridge into New Hope, Pennsylvania. Once across the bridge, turn left onto Main Street and walk until you reach the New Hope train station. From there, take the NJ Transit train towards Philadelphia. Get off at the Trenton station, and transfer to the SEPTA train towards Philadelphia. Get off at the 69th Street Terminal. From there, transfer to the Market-Frankford Line (blue line) towards Frankford. Get off at the 69th Street station and walk to the 69th Street bus stop. Take the 44 or 125 bus toward the City Avenue/Bala Cynwyd. Get off at the stop for the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, and from there, walk towards 2600 Benjamin Franklin Pkwy to reach the Rocky Statue.

From Lambertville, walk to the nearest NJ Transit bus stop on Route 29. Take the bus to Trenton. At Trenton, transfer to a NJ Transit train heading to Philadelphia. After arriving at the Philadelphia station, exit and head towards the subway entrance. Take the Broad Street Line (orange line) towards NRG Station and get off at City Hall. From City Hall, walk west towards the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, and continue walking until you reach 2600 Benjamin Franklin Pkwy, where the Rocky Statue is located.
