From the Lambertville City Hall located at 18 York St, head south on York St towards Bridge St. Continue straight for about 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with the Delaware River. Turn left onto Bridge St and walk across the bridge to New Hope, PA. Once you reach the other side, take a right onto Main St and continue for about 0.5 miles. You will then take a left onto South St, and walk for another 0.3 miles until you reach the New Hope-Lambertville Bridge. Cross the bridge and you will find yourself in Philadelphia, PA. From there, use public transportation to reach Woodmere Art Museum at 9201 Germantown Ave, which is about 10 miles away. You can take the SEPTA Regional Rail from the New Hope station to the Chestnut Hill station, and then it's a short walk to the museum.

From Lambertville, walk to the Lambertville train station located at 4 Alexander Ave. Board the New Jersey Transit train toward Trenton. Transfer at Trenton to the SEPTA train heading to Philadelphia. Get off at the Chestnut Hill East station. From the station, it is a 15-minute walk to the Woodmere Art Museum located at 9201 Germantown Ave. Exit the station onto Chestnut Hill Ave, turn left, and follow it until you reach Germantown Ave. Turn right on Germantown Ave and walk straight until you reach the museum.
