Bus
From Paterson, head to the nearest bus stop and take NJ Transit Bus 190 towards New York Port Authority. This bus will take you directly into Manhattan. The trip takes about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the Port Authority Bus Terminal, exit the terminal and walk towards 8th Avenue.

Walk to the Paterson train station and take a NJ Transit train on the Main Line towards Hoboken. Get off at Secaucus Junction and transfer to a train heading to New York Penn Station. Once you arrive at Penn Station, exit and walk towards 8th Avenue. It is approximately a 15-20 minute walk to reach 690 8th Ave #2.

If you are already in central Paterson, you can walk to the nearest NJ Transit bus stop or train station. Follow local signs to the nearest bus terminal or train station, then take the NJ Transit Bus 190 or a train as described above. If you prefer walking, head towards the direction of the Passaic River and follow the signs to the nearest public transportation option.
